Job summary

A global food and beverage powerhouse is seeking a Safety, Health & Environment Manager for their Jurong Factory in Singapore. This role involves developing and implementing SHE strategies, ensuring compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, and supporting management teams in achieving SHE objectives. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience, possess the necessary certifications such as WSHO, and have a track record of delivering results while managing change.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as SHE manager.
• Necessary certificates including Fire Safety Manager, Work at Height Supervisor.
• Experience in safety, health and/or environmental areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Factory's SHE strategy & program.
• Ensure compliance with SHE-related legal requirements.
• Provide coaching & support to the Plant Management team.
• Champion the Plant's SHE risk assessment program.
