Involve in program development, planning, management and on-ground marketing activities
Plan and execute in-store coaching sessions on products and sales techniques on regular basis
Manage training schedule and developing training module and presentation materials
Assist customers with finding products that meet their needs through in-person consultation
Preforming sales of elite hair care products and treatment services
Performing hair care treatments services to customers
Attending to customers feedback
