Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Asst. Manager and Manager for smooth operations.
• Supervise opening and closing operations ensuring protocols are followed.
• Respond promptly to customer complaints/concerns and suggest solutions.
• Interact positively with customers, ensuring satisfaction and soliciting feedback.
• Supervise and maintain cleanliness of the outlet.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
