Qualifications

  • Recognised Diploma with operations experience in cinema, F&B, hospitality, or retail industry.
  • Service-oriented, hardworking, and willing to learn.
  • Ability and maturity to communicate and interact with all levels of personnel.
  • Willing to perform rotating shifts with flexible working hours.
  • Possession of a valid food hygiene certificate will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and operate all workstations, including Digital Box Office, Combi Point, Floor, and Projection.
  • Handle day-to-day operations such as customer service recovery, group bookings, and voucher sales.
  • Ensure the security of the premises and its facilities.
  • Ensure optimal staffing levels to support smooth operations.
  • Manage cash handling for opening and closing of the location.
  • Assist in the preparation of staff rosters.
  • Ensure the location is maintained in a functional and presentable condition.
  • Ensure staff adhere to proper operating procedures.
  • Assist in liaising with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Conduct training and coaching for Cinema Service Crew.

  • Ensure the location is maintained in a functional and presentable condition at all times
  • Ensure staff are aware of and adhere to proper operating procedures
  • Assist in liaising with vendors, suppliers, and contractors
  • Conduct training and coaching for Cinema Service Crew
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments and projects as required
Job Requirements
  • Recognised Diploma with operations experience in the cinema, F&B, hospitality, or retail industry
  • Service-oriented, hardworking, and willing to learn
  • Ability and maturity to communicate and interact with all levels of personnel, both internally and externally
  • Willing to perform rotating shifts with flexible working hours
  • Candidates with F&B experience will be favourably considered
  • Possession of a valid food hygiene certificate will be an advantage
  • Must be fully vaccinated
