Résumé du poste
A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a professional receptionist to greet members and guests, manage appointments, and assist with rental or demo clubs. The ideal candidate should have a friendly demeanor, be customer-oriented, and possess solid organizational skills. Applicants with a background in the service industry or retail are preferred. A willingness to work on shifts is required.
Qualifications
- Proficient in using POS system is advantageous.
- Background in service industry, hospitality, or retail is preferred.
- Friendly and approachable with a professional appearance.
Responsabilités
- Greet members and guests professionally.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar.
- Assist members with rental or demo clubs.
Connaissances
- Greet members & guests professionally and courteously
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar
- Check in all members and guests for appointments
- Assist members with rental or demo clubs
- Charge accurately through Point-of-Sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Liaise with Food & Beverage Team to ensure the needs of members & guests are met
- Prepare end of day POS register
- Computer literacy & proficiency in using POS system will be advantageous
- Preferred background in service industry, hospitality, or retail sectors
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented with a professional appearance
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Willing to work on rotational shifts and weekends
