Location: Singapore Pools (PRIVATE) LIMITED – D07 Golden Mile, Middle Road, SG

Overview

We are looking for a passionate and professional Customer Experience Officer to join our Customer Experience team in Singapore. You will serve as a single touchpoint for customers on all Singapore Pools (SPPL) products and services, and execute the Customer Experience initiative at retail touchpoints to provide excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Engage or assist walk‑in customers at retail sales points on SPPL's offerings and campaigns, such as educational and outlet closure campaigns.
  • Provide support for divisional or corporate initiatives such as Anti‑Scam Awareness initiatives.
  • Share the features and functions of SPPL's offerings, assist and facilitate customers with download, set‑up, and use of the app.
  • Serve as a one‑stop touchpoint for all SPPL related customer enquiries.
