We are looking for a passionate and professional Customer Experience Officer to join our Customer Experience team in Singapore. You will serve as a single touchpoint for customers on all Singapore Pools (SPPL) products and services, and execute the Customer Experience initiative at retail touchpoints to provide excellent customer experience.

Singapore Pools was established by the Government on 23 May 1968 to provide safe and trusted betting to counter illegal gambling. As a not‑for‑profit organisation, all surplus is channeled to the Tote Board to fund a wide range of social services, community development, sports, arts, education, and health causes. Singapore Pools contributes about $2 billion annually to the Government in the form of taxes and duties.
