Jobs Responsibilities

• Finalise retail lease agreements, negotiate renewals, and manage all leasing documentation for the shopping mall.
• Prepare monthly leasing reports including rent roll updates, occupancy status, and market trend analysis.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with appointed agencies, prospective tenants, and existing retailers.
• Implement and monitor the approved business plan and leasing budget to ensure commercial targets are met.
• Develop and execute tenant mix strategies to optimise rental income and maximise mall occupancy.
• Support marketing, advertising, and promotion initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements
