A recruitment services firm in Singapore is seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist to conduct comprehensive market research and develop effective sourcing strategies. You will evaluate candidate profiles and prepare recommendations for hiring managers. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year of HR or recruitment experience and excellent communication skills. This role offers an opportunity to optimize sourcing campaigns and manage candidate engagement within a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment.
- Proficiency in using various sourcing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
