Seeking a Junior Operations Executive with 1 year of experience in Paper Trading/Commodities- OTC Derivatives operations
This rapidly growing company specializes in various financial products. They are currently looking for a Junior Operations Executive to join their Operations team.
- Ensure all trades are accurately recorded in reports.
- Send compliance reports to ASIC and MAS.
- Ensure adherence to reporting requirements for OTC derivatives.
- Reconcile and ensure completeness of transactions, addressing mismatches or mapping issues.
- Participate in system process improvements.
- Resolve operational issues promptly.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Economics, Logistics, International Finance, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in Paper Trading/Commodities OTC Derivatives operations.
- Proficient in VBA, Macros, Excel, or other relevant IT skills.
- Efficient, capable of multitasking, team-oriented, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
