We’re looking for a Product Owner to lead, define, and elevate Scoot’s digital loyalty and award redemption experience across web and mobile platforms. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end journey of how members discover, understand, and redeem their rewards — ensuring the experience is intuitive, seamless, and aligned with our broader digital and loyalty strategy.

This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, UX, and customer insight — perfect for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, improving user value, and delivering meaningful experiences at scale.

Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Own the product roadmap for award redemption and loyalty features, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Lead the end-to-end experience across platforms — from UX design, content and redemption logic to performance tracking and optimisation.
  • Analyse usage, conversion, behavioural metrics, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and inform prioritisation.
  • Collaborate with Loyalty BU, UX, developers, and other stakeholders to launch and optimise campaigns, journeys, and features.
  • Translate business objectives into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
  • Ensure tracking, tagging, and reporting frameworks are in place and validated pre- and post-launch.
  • Communicate roadmap updates, risks, milestones, and outcomes to leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Champion user experience, accessibility, and consistency across Scoot’s digital channels.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or digital consumer product roles.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using insights to shape product direction.
  • Experience working with UX and development teams in an agile environment.
  • Bonus: familiarity with loyalty systems, travel, e-commerce, or mobile‑first product design.
