Our Client:

• Consumer Electronics & Home Appliances
• Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5.15pm or 9am to 5.45pm)
• Central - Alexandra
• Basic UP $5500 + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all outbound logistics operations and sales support activities.
• Prepare, verify, and manage shipping documentation in compliance with export regulations.
• Coordinate shipments with factories, warehouses, freight forwarders, and customers.
• Manage sales orders, returns, stock movements, and related SAP entries.
• Monitor logistics costs, vendor invoices, and participate in negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and export policies.
• Coach and support team members on procedures and business systems.
• Support month-end reporting and maintain proper filing of logistics documents.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or outbound operations.
• Able to lead, coach, and manage a team.
• Proficient in SAP and logistics-related systems.
