Brief Summary

Responsibilities
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiating favorable terms and monitoring performance.
  • Process purchase orders timely and accurately while adhering to procurement policies.
  • Support contract management, including renewals and vendor performance evaluations.
  • Assist in the preparation and evaluation of RFQs/tenders to ensure guideline compliance.
  • Collaborate with various departments to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
  • Utilize e-procurement systems to track purchase orders and procurement data efficiently.
  • Analyze procurement data to pinpoint cost-saving opportunities and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Handle administrative tasks including filing, record-keeping, and report generation.
  • Ensure compliance with Procurement SOPs and sustain adherence to annual audits related to internal processes.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain & Procurement, preferably within the hotel or F&B industry.
  • Must hold at least a Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of food and non-food categories, along with relevant suppliers.
  • Proficient understanding of negotiation tactics and procurement policies.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with procurement software or ERP systems.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive mindset, integrity, and good communication skills across all levels.
  • Strong data analytical and presentation skills.
