A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Junior Executive to maintain the project management system and support the team in document management. Responsibilities include organizing files, compiling reports, and ensuring that client requirements are met. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma and at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in civil or construction engineering. Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Responsabilités
Maintain in-house project management system by keeping electronic records of incoming and outgoing documents.
Support team in compiling reports, letters and drawings for submission.
Ensure Client’s requirements on submittals documentations are fulfilled.
Keep files organized by projects.
Perform any other adhoc duties assigned by the management.
