Job description

The Senior Executive, HRIS is responsible for system configuration overseeing the execution and maintenance of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). This role involves collaborating with various functions to understand their data reporting and analysis requirements while driving continuous improvement in HR processes and workflows that are aligned with organizational goals and objectives, leveraging the capabilities of the HRIS. The goal is to improve productivity, ensure the accuracy of employee data, and provide insightful reports and analytics to support decision‑making within SG entities.

Job Responsibilities
  • Execute and maintain HRIS system configuration to ensure the reliability of the system for all users and stakeholders.

  • Liaise with system vendors on follow‑up for all outstanding issues and changes/updates.

  • Provide first‑level support to users and upscale complex issues to internal partners or external vendors.

  • Identify operational needs for HR systems and present business cases for system changes or enhancements.

  • Manage changes to HR processes and systems in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Produce documentation of all HR system processes, including user guides and training materials.

  • Provide analytics support to the HR function in the areas of scorecards, people metrics, and HR dashboards to drive meaningful business outcomes.

  • Use data analysis to identify HR challenges and influence changes to operations, processes, policies, or programs.

  • Develop recommendations using visualization tools to guide business and HR decisions.

  • Monitor compliance of HR systems with data and regulatory requirements.

  • Serve as a resource and support for Human Resource in other identified projects and duties as assigned.

Requirement
  • Degree in a related discipline or equivalent.
  • HR background with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in handling HRIS related projects.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
