Architectural Site Coordinator
Job summary
A leading architecture firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced architectural professional to oversee projects from design to execution. The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of relevant experience and a Nitec in Architecture or higher. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring quality assurance. Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is essential. Qualifications

- Strong understanding of architectural design principles.
- Able to read and interpret architectural drawings.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate architectural works.
- Review architectural drawings and shop drawings.
- Liaise with stakeholders to resolve design issues.
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.

- Working Days/Time: Monday to Saturday, 8.00 am – 6.00 pm
- Oversee and coordinate architectural works to ensure alignment with the project schedule, design, and specifications.
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with the design intent and building codes.
- Monitor on-site architectural works to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications.
- Liaise with architects, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to resolve design issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure that all architectural work comply with relevant local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate project records, including drawings, design changes, site inspections reconds, and progress reports.
- Identify and address design or construction challenges, ensuring that they are resolved promptly to avoid delays.
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship to meet project requirements and standards.
- Prepare of shop drawings, Permit-To-Work (PTW) submission, safety documents, and material submission forms for client approval.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Nitec in Architecture or higher qualification, with at least 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp or other architectural software.
- Able to read, interpret, and analyze architectural drawings and specifications.
