Job summary
A leading construction company is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the completion of projects. The role involves leading a team, managing subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering along with 5 to 7 years of experience, including DSTA experience.

- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
- DSTA experience is preferred.

- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri 8am-5pm, Sat 8am-12pm)
- Salary Package: Basic $9,000 + Allowances + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the completion of construction projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Lead a team of professional and technical staff for daily operations.
- Communicate clearly with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors.
- Manage and oversee subcontractors to ensure they meet schedule and quality standards.
- Regularly review construction progress and conduct status meetings with all involved parties.
- DSTA experience is preferred for effective project handling.

- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
