Job description

Summary:

  • Industry: Interior Designer

  • Location: Northeast

  • Up to $4000

  • 5 Days Work, Flexi working hour

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead and oversee multiple interior fit-out projects concurrently, ensuring timely and successful completion.

  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, managing expectations, maintaining clear communication, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Supervise all phases of project development, including planning, execution, monitoring, and project close-out.

  • Collaborate with internal design teams, external consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure cohesive project execution.

  • Review and interpret design drawings and technical documents to guide implementation and address discrepancies.

  • Ensure all projects adhere to brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and contractual agreements.

  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and progress documentation to maintain transparency and accountability.

  • Lead regular site meetings, monitor construction progress, and address any site-related challenges effectively and promptly.

  • Oversee procurement processes and material delivery schedules to ensure alignment with overall project timelines.

  • Proactively identify project risks and implement solutions to uphold quality, safety, and performance standards.

Key Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in project or construction management, ideally within interior fit-out for retail or commercial spaces

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with AutoCAD and project management software is a plus

  • Able to work independently and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

  • Skilled in project scheduling, cost control, and risk mitigation

  • Solid technical understanding of interior design documentation and construction workflows

  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to manage client relationships effectively
