As a TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER, you are expected to work closely with our consortium partners (local and overseas) for a mid-to-large scale RFP software project. You will collaborate with the consortium's team members such as business analysts, functional analysts, software architects, and developers. Your responsibilities include:
- Working and liaising with the consortium's Project Manager/Leader to co-drive and co-manage the implementation of mid-to-large-scale software projects and changes in the eldercare (Intermediate and Long Term Care) sector;
- Collaborating with government agencies, partners, system integrators, consultants, contractors, and service providers to ensure project success;
- Liaising with business owners, stakeholders, IT staff, end-users (nurses, clinicians, assessors, etc.), and external partners/vendors on project matters such as schedule, resources, change requests, quality assurance, user acceptance testing, change management, deployment, onboarding, and training;
- Driving and maintaining project administration and documentation to track progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones;
- Leading business process studies (blue sky/blueprint, realization, current & future state mapping), functional and business analysis to create proof-of-concepts, innovations, and solutions;
- Opportunities to participate in pre-sales activities such as RFP/tendering, product demonstrations, blue sky/visioning workshops, and scoping;
- Providing mentorship, guidance, and professional training.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in any field, preferably IT or related discipline;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing web applications, enterprise systems, or solutions (preferably in roles such as Project Manager, Project Executive, Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Integration Manager);
- Strong technical background with experience in web applications, databases, infrastructure, security, etc., and comfortable handling technical projects;
- Certifications like CAPM, PMP, ITIL are advantageous but not mandatory;
- Enjoy managing and organizing complex tasks and working with clients;
- Experience managing or supporting mid-to-large scale government or quasi-government IT projects is a plus;
- Versatile, independent in learning concepts, with strong logical and analytical problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with end-users such as doctors, nurses, and healthcare professionals;
- Hardworking with good work ethics;
- Meticulous with strong organizational and documentation skills.
