Job summary
A healthcare company based in Singapore is seeking a Procurement and Supply Chain Executive. This role involves supporting the procurement and supply chain operations, including sourcing, purchasing, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration and 1-2 years of relevant experience. The position requires good communication skills and a basic understanding of procurement processes. This role provides an opportunity to work closely with internal teams and external suppliers.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or administrative roles is an advantage.

Employment Type: Full-time The Procurement and Supply Chain Executive will support the day-to-day operations of the procurement and supply chain functions. This role involves assisting in sourcing, purchasing, inventory management, logistics coordination, and ensuring smooth supply chain operations. The Executive will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain efficient processes.
- Assist in sourcing suppliers and gathering quotes for products and services.
- Support the procurement process by creating and processing purchase orders.
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders, track deliveries, and address any issues.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
- Help monitor inventory levels to ensure stock availability and prevent shortages.
- Assist in coordinating with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Support the management of warehouse operations, including stock receipt and storage.
- Track shipments and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and maintain data related to procurement and supply chain activities.
- Assist in maintaining supplier databases and contracts.
- Provide general administrative support to the Procurement and Supply Chain Manager.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or administrative roles is an advantage.
- Experience with ERP systems or procurement software is a plus.
Skills:
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of supply chain and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and develop in the field of procurement and supply chain management.
