A consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a dedicated professional to support client-facing and internal admin operations. The role involves managing client interactions, compiling market reports, and participating in meetings. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in Business Admin or Communications, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience and fluency in English and Mandarin. The position offers opportunities for growth in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of admin/client support experience, preferably in finance/consulting.
- Singaporean/PR or valid work pass holder.
Responsabilités
- Support client-facing & internal admin operations.
- Manage client roadshows and enquiries.
- Compile weekly market summaries into concise reports.
- Standardize analysts’ presentations; coordinate meetings.
- Handle reception and cross-department tasks.

Core Role: Support client-facing & internal admin operations to ensure smooth workflows and quality client service.
- New client prospecting through LinkedIn outreach and industry events.
- Manage client roadshows and enquiries.
- Translate analysts’ market notes; compile weekly market summaries into concise reports.
- Standardize analysts’ English presentations; coordinate in-person/virtual meetings.
- Handle reception, cross-department tasks (HR/Finance/IT), and ad-hoc admin work.
- Diploma or Bachelor in Business Admin, Communications, or related field.
- 1-2 years of admin/client support experience (finance/consulting preferred).
- Fluent in English (written/spoken) and Mandarin (read/understand).
- Proficient in MS Office (advanced PowerPoint essential); familiar with LinkedIn prospecting.
- Detail-oriented, customer-centric.
- Singaporean/PR or valid work pass holder.
