Job summary

A leading HR services provider in Singapore is seeking an HR Operations Executive for a 12-month period. Responsibilities include supporting the onboarding process, managing employee lifecycle tasks, and processing work pass transactions. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a diploma in Human Resources. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced HR shared services environment.

HR Operations, Senior/ Executive (12 months)

Working hours: Mon- Thur (8.30am -6pm), Fri (8.30am – 5.30pm)

Working location: 1 Serangoon North Ave 5

  • Support the onboarding process by creating employee profiles in SuccessFactors and generating new hire letters to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Manage various aspects of the employee lifecycle, including issuing lifecycle letters and updating personal/dependent details in the HR system.
  • Prepare certificates of employment for banks, visa applications, and permanent residency (PR) applications.
  • Process work pass-related transactions, including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Assist with the preparation of offboarding letters and the cancellation of work passes.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of related working experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with local employment regulations.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced HR shared services environment.
  • Highly self-motivated, committed, and resourceful, with strong initiative and attention to detail.
