Job Description:
Betime Marketing Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Manager to oversee the development and execution of brand strategies that drive brand awareness, enhance brand equity, and support business objectives. The Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's brand identity, managing brand campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic thinking, creative vision, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
2. Brand Positioning: Define and articulate the company's unique value proposition and brand positioning to effectively differentiate it from competitors in the market.
3. Brand Identity: Develop and maintain the company's brand identity, including logos, visual assets, and brand guidelines, to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.
4. Brand Campaigns: Plan, execute, and evaluate brand marketing campaigns and initiatives across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
5. Content Development: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create compelling and engaging brand content, including copywriting, visuals, and multimedia assets.
6. Market Research: Conduct market research, consumer surveys, and competitor analysis to gain insights into market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
7. Brand Performance: Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics, KPIs, and market trends to assess brand health, track progress, and identify opportunities for improvement.
8. Brand Partnerships: Identify and leverage strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to enhance brand visibility, reach new audiences, and drive brand affinity.
9. Brand Communication: Develop and execute brand communication strategies, including PR, media relations, and influencer marketing, to effectively communicate brand messages and stories.
10. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to ensure brand alignment and integration across all business functions.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
2. Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in brand management or related roles, preferably in the consumer goods or marketing industry.
3. Strong understanding of branding principles, strategies, and best practices, with a passion for building and nurturing brands.
4. Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and storytelling, with the ability to translate brand concepts into compelling visual and verbal narratives.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimise brand performance.
7. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and social media management platforms.
