Job description

The System Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, support, and ongoing management of system infrastructure, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 / O365 technologies. This role ensures operational stability, performance efficiency, security compliance, and continuous service improvement. The engineer will collaborate closely with internal teams and document processes to align with corporate standards and support ongoing improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer, manage, and enhance Microsoft 365 services including:
    • Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive
  • Manage user identity and access via Azure Active Directory, applying best practices for identity governance and secure access control
  • Implement and maintain data governance, compliance, and security policies using M365 Security & Compliance Center
  • Lead adoption strategies and end-user enablement initiatives; conduct training sessions as required
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to M365 services, coordinate with internal teams and Microsoft support
  • Monitor M365 service health, performance, and usage; provide recommendations for optimization
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and Azure Active Directory
  • Experience with M365 Security & Compliance Center
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Ability to document technical processes and workflows clearly
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management tools is an advantage
