Host & Public Relations (PR) Manager
Job summary
A hospitality firm in Singapore is seeking a Host & PR Manager to enhance guest relations and manage the public image. This role includes greeting customers, managing reservations, and executing PR strategies. Ideal candidates should have experience in customer service or PR, be fluent in English and Mandarin, and exhibit strong interpersonal skills. Weekend and holiday work may be required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hosting, customer service, PR, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Fluent in English and Mandarin or other relevant languages.
- Confident, presentable, and outgoing personality.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with customers warmly and professionally.
- Manage guest seating, reservations, and special requests with efficiency.
- Build rapport with guests and VIPs to encourage repeat business.
- Plan and execute public relations strategies to enhance brand awareness.
- Represent the company at events and media functions.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with diplomacy.
- Collaborate with marketing on social media presence and promotions.
- Maintain a positive image of the company through community outreach.
- Train and lead junior hosts or front-of-house staff.

As a Host & PR Manager, you will serve as the face and voice of our establishment, responsible for welcoming guests, maintaining a high standard of hospitality, and managing all aspects of public relations and brand image. You will work closely with the operations, marketing, and events team to create a positive and engaging customer experience.
