📌 Key Responsibilities
  • Promote agency services to potential clients and build strong customer relationships
  • Handle inquiries from walk-in clients, phone calls, and online platforms
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable domestic helpers
  • Assist clients throughout the selection and hiring process, ensuring a smooth experience
  • Liaise with overseas suppliers to confirm helper availability and arrival schedules
  • Coordinate with the administration team to match client pick-up dates and finalize arrangements
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
🎯 Requirements
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • Fresh graduates are welcome or prior experience in sales, customer service, or recruitment (maid agency experience is an advantage)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet targets
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • CEI certification is necessary. Don't have it? No worries, you must be willing to study and we will cover your exam fees!
  • Able to converse in English & Chinese with clients and helpers (Bonus: Bahasa to converse with helper)
  • Singapore Citizen/PR, Malaysian and work permit holders are welcome
