A recruitment firm located in Singapore is looking for an HR professional who will handle all aspects of HR functions and provide administrative support. Responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and handling work pass administration. Ideal candidates should possess experience in HR and strong problem-solving skills.
Competenze
- Experience in HR functions including recruitment and employee relations.
- Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.
- Ability to handle work pass administration.
Mansioni
- Perform full spectrum of HR functions and admin support.
- Review and maintain all HR related policies.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Perform full spectrum of HR functions and admin support including recruitment, employee relations, grievance handling, staff engagement and advisory service on HR policies and procedures.
- Review and maintain all HR related policy.
- Posting of recruitment advertisements
- Perform end-to-end recruitment – interview, shortlisting, assessment & selection, offer and on-boarding.
- Handle work pass administration including work pass application, renewal, and cancellation.
- Ensure HR policies and practices are legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Assist in checking through payroll records
- Handle other ad-hoc duties that are assigned
