Job description
Job Description and Responsibility
  • Reports directly to Area Manager/Operations Director
  • Plan and revise weekly and monthly schedule for all staff in the shop according to shop needs and sales forecast
  • Forecast shop sales on weekly basis
  • Audit own shop on a periodic basis (eg. Restaurant review) and create corresponding reports to be shared with team members
  • Attending to customer complaints both written and in-house
  • Manage assets of the shop (ensure timely ordering of items and checking of inventory to prevent “out of stock” items)
  • Planning, managing profit and loss, handling cash at the store as well as collating daily sales as well as other necessary reports
  • Alongside HQ, formulate marketing strategies to help boost shop’s sales performance
  • Develop equipment maintenance schedules and arrange for repairs
  • Coaching, developing and disciplining staff
  • Monitor staffs’ attendance records daily
  • Checking of staffs’ payroll concerns
  • Conduct inquiries if internal disputes in shop occur; and complete disciplinary write-ups
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a managerial level
  • Good leadership with solid analytical, communications and interpersonal skills
  • Independent, proactive and ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Able to work in F&B operation hours
  • Value-added if have experience in both Service and Kitchen
