Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate personnel records in the HR system.
  • Support talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding experiences for employees.
  • Handle work pass applications and related matters.
  • Coordinate Learning & Development programs.
  • Assist with performance management initiatives.
  • Support payroll administration.
  • Manage insurance renewals and claims.
  • Foster strong employer-employee relations.
  • Organize company events and staff engagement activities.
  • Coordinate travel and hotel arrangements for staff.
  • Manage expatriate relocation and tenancy leasing.
  • Oversee office maintenance contracts and leases.
  • Verify and process staff expense claims.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel)

  • Coordinate Learning & Development programs.

  • Assist with performance management initiatives.

  • Support payroll administration.

  • Manage insurance renewals and claims.

  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

General Affairs
  • Coordinate travel and hotel arrangements for staff.

  • Manage expatriate relocation and tenancy leasing.

  • Oversee office maintenance contracts and leases.

  • Verify and process staff expense claims.

  • Perform other general affairs duties as assigned.
