A leading recruitment agency is looking for a supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations and manage emergency situations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of supervisory experience and possess a good understanding of service operations. This role includes handling reports and working with the Operation Manager for business continuity plans and fire drills. Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays is required.

- Able to work including weekends & Public Holidays.
- Possess good understanding of service operations.
- Experienced in handling emergency situations.
Responsabilités
- Ensuring daily smooth operations.
- Reporting non-compliance activities and incidents timely.
- Submitting daily, monthly, and ad-hoc reports punctually.
- Handling emergency situations appropriately.
- Working with the Operation Manager on business continuity plans.
- Supervising periodic checks.
- Performing other operational and administrative duties as assigned.
Connaissances
- Working patterns: Work 2 Off 2 Days
- Working hours:7.30am - 7.30pm &7.30pm - 7.30am
- Location:Napier/Botanic Garden MRT
- Performance Bonus every 6 months from start date!
- Ensuring daily smooth operations
- Ensuring all relevant information is reported to respective stakeholders and recorded on a timely manner (i.e. non-compliance activities, faults, incidents)
- Ensuring all daily, monthly, ad-hoc reports are submitted punctually
- Handling emergency situations appropriately without compromising the functions of Operations Centre
- Working with the Operation Manager on all business continuity plans, fire drills, evacuations exercises
- Supervise and conduct periodic checks
- Other daily operational and administrative duties as assigned
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Able to work including weekends & Public Holidays
- Possess good understanding of service operations
- Experienced in handling emergency situations
- Uniform will be provided
- Trainings provided!!
