Job summary

A leading technology company in Singapore seeks an experienced professional to build go-to-market infrastructure and drive business performance in the Search+ ads area. You will engage with executives, manage cross-functional initiatives, and significantly impact the strategies of global brands through Google’s advertising solutions. Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in sales operations, management consulting, or program management.
  • Experience with data analysis and Structured Query Language (SQL).
  • Experience developing analytical models using spreadsheet software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in designing and delivering cross‑functional work programs.
  • Experience with Google Ads Performance products, with an understanding of how our Search products work to build technical product knowledge.
  • Ability to grow and exercise judgment in a fluid, collaborative and ambiguous environment.
  • Ability to write and convey issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to foster relationships, navigate conflicts, and influence the team.

In this role, you will build go‑to‑market infrastructure from tooling to enhancing business to ensuring execution and operations against business outcomes and priorities. GTM has teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as in global teams that work across the business areas. Google’s Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world’s leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google’s full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you’ll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market‑shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop strategies and launch cross‑functional business initiatives that deliver the APAC go‑to‑market strategy for Search+ ads business.
  • Drive adoption of key products by influencing across teams to align resources and direction to equip sales specialists, sales communities, and pods across the organization with the skills and knowledge to drive activation of the Search+ business in APAC.
  • Engage and influence executive stakeholders and cross‑functional partners to drive alignment and execution for product activation programs and strategies.
  • Drive cross‑functional projects and processes as a key contributor with limited guidance, and demonstrate ownership of smaller projects.
  • Serve as a subject‑matter‑expert with an understanding of the business area.
