Job summary

A wildlife conservation organization in Singapore is seeking an Operations Excellence Manager to oversee daily operations at the Mandai Wildlife Reserve. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in adventure-related industry, preferably with leadership experience.
• Rope access and rope rescue certification will be valued competency.
• Pleasant and courteous disposition is important.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the park, including queue and crowd management.
• Manage incidents and raise incident reports as required.
• Assist in staff and vendor management including training and performance reporting.
