Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Back-Office banking, specifically in Lending.
• Hands-on experience in creating both Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
• Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) and experience in leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the team as a Subject Matter Expert for Lending-related IT Projects.
• Facilitate system function design and workflow design.
