As a Product Operations Intern (Mining Pool) within the Binance Accelerator Program, you’ll support Binance Earn in driving product success, ensuring operational compliance, and executing marketing strategies for mining-related products. This is an ideal role for early-career professionals passionate about blockchain and cryptocurrency.

• Current university students

• Assist in the creation and promotion of engaging content and marketing materials
• Support promotional campaign design and execution
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Collaborate with PR and design teams to maintain consistent brand messaging
• Contribute to UI design planning to ensure user-friendly interfaces
• Support feature explanations for new product releases

• Help launch and manage new mining products
• Maintain and update user guides, FAQs, and product announcements
• Assist in processing monthly payments and internal documentation
• Monitor mining product performance and suggest improvements
• Provide accurate responses to customer inquiries about mining pools

• Support internal audits and compliance initiatives
• Ensure operational alignment with legal and regulatory standards

• Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Mandarin or Russian (to work with global teams)
• Strong documentation and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• A proactive mindset with adaptability to change and new challenges
