As an MTS‑Facilities, you will deliver facilities operation & engineering services, building/office space management services, and facilities equipment asset maintenance management to enable manufacturing operations. Typically performing one or more of the above tasks in the capacity of either an individual contributor (as directed and/or independently), or as a manager:

Key Responsibilities
  • Operates, monitors and maintains, troubleshoots, repairs and replaces facilities mechanical components and systems such as electrical equipment, HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning), chemical, energy, ultra water & wastewater treatment
  • Hires and oversees outside contractors such as electricians, elevator repairmen, grounds maintenance workers, painters, plumbers and roofers
  • Maintains and secures facilities equipment asset
  • Develops and implements capital improvement projects, such as construction, remodeling, renovation, and maintenance of buildings and facilities, including preliminary concept development, detailed engineering design and bidding
  • Conducts periodic inspections of work in progress and advises construction supervisors and contractors on plans and specifications
  • Inspects existing facilities and prepares reports on the condition, deficiencies observed, designs necessary for repairs and estimated cost of repairs
Other Responsibilities

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field.
  • Around 8 years of experience in handling facilities both on mechanical and electrical fronts.
  • Hands‑on experience with water, ultra water and wastewater technologies
  • Ability to handle Electricians, Plumbers, Contractors onsite
  • Strong understanding capital improvement framework.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
