What You'll Need to Do
- Oversee daily operations on Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, and other marketplaces.
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to boost sales and enhance brand visibility.
- Plan and optimise ad spend to maximise ROI and revenue growth.
- Track and analyse key performance metrics (sales, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates).
Product Listings & Merchandising
- Upload, optimise, and manage product listings with SEO‑friendly descriptions and accurate specifications.
- Plan promotional campaigns, product bundling, and category merchandising to drive conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing and use data‑driven insights to enhance product performance.
Live Stream Operation
- Set up and check equipment to ensure smooth live sessions.
- Manage and facilitate live‑stream sessions to boost engagement and conversions.
- Run ads and promotions during live streams to attract more viewers.
- Troubleshoot technical issues quickly to keep the stream running smoothly.
- Engage with customers in real‑time and work with the live host to answer questions in the comment section.
Influencer Collaboration & Management
- Use affiliate tools to search for and engage with affiliate creators to promote our brands and products.
- Assist in setting performance goals and target plans for influencers conducting live sessions.
- Monitor and evaluate influencer campaigns, tracking key metrics such as engagement, conversions, and sales impact.
Customer Service & Inventory Coordination
- Collaborate with customer service teams to handle inquiries, complaints, and returns.
- Work with logistics and inventory teams to manage stock levels and ensure timely order fulfilment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, E‑Commerce, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in e‑commerce, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
- Proficiency in e‑commerce tools, CRM systems, Google Analytics, and digital marketing platforms (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Strong ability to analyse data and make data‑driven decisions.
- Result‑driven, able to work in fast‑paced environments and meet tight deadlines.
- Tech‑savvy and multitasking skills to juggle multiple e‑commerce operations seamlessly.
- Fluency in English and conversational Mandarin is required.
- Experience managing regional or international e‑commerce markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia) is a plus.
