Service Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to deliver exceptional on‑site after‑sales support for mobile & crawler crane. This role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair services to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction. The position is based in Singapore but requires flexibility to travel regionally and occasionally internationally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct on‑site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of crane systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems to minimize downtime.
  • Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and load‑testing to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Train clients on safe crane operation, maintenance protocols, and troubleshooting basics.
  • Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to elevate complex issues and improve product design.
  • Document service activities, including fault diagnostics, repairs, and parts usage, in detailed reports.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and liaise with suppliers for timely procurement.
  • Adhere strictly to workplace safety regulations (e.g., MOM standards) and industry best practices.
