• Handle export/import documents: Letter of Credit, Bill of Lading, Insurance Certificate.
• Prepare and check sales and purchase contracts.

• Calculate laytime and follow up on payments.

• STRONG Handle export/import documents: Letter of Credit, Bill of Lading, Insurance Certificate, Certificate of Origin.
• Prepare and check sales and purchase contracts.
• Work with port inspectors, ship brokers, and other partners to manage shipment loading/unloading.
• Track vessel arrivals and ensure delivery timelines are met.
• Calculate laytime and follow up on payments.
• Communicate with overseas agents, trade partners, and authorities to solve issues quickly.
• Keep proper records of contracts and shipment schedules.
• Prepare reports for management.
• Help build a knowledge database of trade rules, tariffs, and requirements.
• Suggest improvements to processes and systems.
• Support the operations team and traders when needed.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations or shipping, preferably in trading or commodities.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently, manage time well, and meet deadlines.
