Job summary
A recruitment and consultancy firm in Singapore is looking for a candidate to efficiently handle call center operations and coordinate funeral arrangements. Ideal applicants should possess sales experience and a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license. The role may require overtime and night standby duties. Competitive salary package offered, including commissions and bonuses.
Qualifications
- Sales experience in the same or bank/insurance industry is an added advantage.
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license.
- Willingness to work overtime and perform night standby duties.
Responsibilities
- Handle call centre hotlines efficiently and ensure timely follow-up actions.
- Coordinate funeral arrangements with accuracy and sensitivity.
- Engage with clients through various methods.
- Assist in the transfer of the deceased to designated funeral homes.
- Collaborate closely with Operations and Finance teams.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Skills
- Office Location: Geylang Bahru, Singapore
- Working Hours: Mon – Fri/Sat 8.00am – 5.00pm
- Monthly Salary: basic up to $3500 + Commissions + Variable Bonus (VB)
- Handle call centre hotlines efficiently and ensure timely follow-up actions.
- Coordinate funeral arrangements with accuracy and sensitivity.
- Engage with clients through in-office meetings, on-site visits, and virtual platforms.
- Assist in the transfer of the deceased to designated funeral homes.
- Collaborate closely with Operations and Finance teams to support service delivery.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support departmental needs
- Have sales experience in the same or bank/insurance industry is an added advantage
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is and added advantage
- Willingness to work overtime and perform night standby duties when required.
- Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
