Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with account management tasks, including audits and transactions.

• Familiarity with compliance reporting for Head Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle account management tasks including opening and closing accounts.
• Perform and monitor GIRO/FAST transactions and settlements.
• Prepare ad-hoc and monthly reports for reporting purposes.

Skills

Proficiency in Tableau

Responsibilities

• Handle account management tasks such as opening/closing accounts, issuing audit confirmations, certificates of balance, and mark-to-market.
• Manage document registration, statements, and advices.
• Perform and monitor GIRO/FAST transactions and settlements.
• Conduct data entries, investigations, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare ad-hoc and monthly reports for Head Office, regulatory, or internal reporting.
• Participate in system testing, project initiation, and implementation.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in back office deposits operations.
• Knowledge of the local G3 clearing system.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Excel formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
• Ability to multi-task across functions.
• Knowledge of RPA script writing using UiPath, Python, etc. is an added advantage.
