Job description

We are seeking a motivated and professional individual to join our team. This role provides exposure to diverse industries, involvement in meaningful HR and business consulting projects, and opportunities to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare consultancy deliverables, including reports, presentations, and training materials
  • Assist in HR and business consultancy projects
  • Support the organization and delivery of client training programs
  • Translate documents between English and Chinese as required
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams and external clients
  • Provide HR operations, payroll, and recruitment services to retainer clients
  • Support marketing and sales initiatives, including client follow-ups
  • Occasionally work beyond standard office hours as required

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Proactive, accountable, and eager to learn
  • Able to communicate effectively with English- and Chinese-speaking clients
  • Flexible to work outside regular office hours when necessary
