Working in Real Estate Accounts and Operations means making sure the business runs smoothly every day.

I take care of both financial tasks and office operations to keep everything efficient and compliant.

Responsibilities
  • On the accounts side: bookkeeping, document verification, invoicing, payroll and petty cash management, and GST filings; and I prepare reports on income, expenses, and revenue for directors.
  • In operations, I check compliance documents, approve transactions, submit sales and rental deals to the CEA, and answer office calls.
  • I help new agents get started by setting up their accounts, ordering namecards and CEA cards, and giving them tours of the office.
  • I also handle property listings on sites like 99.co and PropertyGuru, manage website and social media updates, and assist with marketing campaigns.
  • In short, I’m the backbone of the business, ensuring things run efficiently, stay compliant with laws, and help the team grow.
