A leading HR consultancy in Singapore seeks an Accounts Executive to manage accounts receivable duties, including invoice preparation and reconciliation. Candidates should have an LCCI Certification or a diploma in Finance/Accounting and be proficient in MS Office. The role involves preparing documents and monitoring collections to ensure timely accounts management in Woodlands Industrial Park. This position offers a salary range of $1,800 - $3,500.
Qualificações
- LCCI Certification or Diploma in Finance or Accounting is required.
- Proficient in MS office applications is necessary.
Responsabilidades
- Assist in the full spectrum of AR duties including invoice preparation and reconciliation.
- Prepare and process documents such as Invoices and Credit Notes.
- Perform tracking and monitoring of collections and payments.

Position: Accounts Executive
- Working Hour: 5.5days (8.30am to 5.30pm ; 08.30am to 12.30pm)
- Working Location: Woodlands Industrial Park
- Salary: $1,800 - $3,500
- LCCI Certification or Diploma in Finance or Accounting
- Proficient in MS office applications
- Assist in the full spectrum of AR duties which includes invoice preparation, sales verification, month end closing and reconciliation.
- Prepare and process documents such as Invoices (Credit Terms & Cash Terms) & Credit Notes.
- Perform tracking & monitoring of collections & payments including updating of Aging list for dissemination to Sales team for follow up.
- Reconcile outstanding payments, billing disputes, discrepancy.
- Prepare & process Purchase Order (PO).
- Assist in the full spectrum of Stock duties which includes daily stock movement, monthly and year-end stock take.
- Ensure AR/AP/GL transaction into the accounting system timely and accurately
