Job summary
A non-profit organisation in Singapore is looking for passionate Social Workers (Assistant Senior, Senior or Lead) to strengthen families and empower individuals. Responsibilities include providing casework, counselling, and leading community outreach programs. Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of direct experience in a Family Service Centre (FSC) setting.
- Experience working with families, children, youth, elderly, or vulnerable groups.
- Proven leadership in supervising teams for the Lead role.
Responsibilities
- Provide casework, counselling, risk assessment and crisis intervention.
- Conduct client/community assessments and care planning.
- Facilitate support groups and community outreach programs.
