Procurement Transformation Lead
Job summary
A non-profit service organization in Singapore seeks an experienced procurement specialist to redesign workflows and support ERP module implementation. The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of experience in procurement and a strong understanding of procurement processes. Key responsibilities include harmonising material codes, stakeholder engagement, and project support. Relevant educational qualifications and professional certification are preferred. This role offers the chance to drive significant changes in the procurement function.
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles.
- Hands-on procurement process improvement experience.
- Experience in ERP implementation or enhancement projects.
Responsibilities
- Redesign and standardise procurement workflows.
- Harmonise material codes across business units.
- Support configuration of centralised procurement module.
- Track project milestones and support procurement transformation.
