Recruitment
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for social workers, counsellors, psychologists, programme staff, and support roles including reference check
- Support onboarding, probation management, etc.
Employee Relations & Well‑Being
- Serve as a trusted advisor to staff and supervisors on HR matters
- Manage employee relations issues with empathy, fairness, and professionalism
- Drive staff engagement, wellness initiatives, and others
Performance & Learning Management
- Oversee performance appraisal processes and capability development
- Support supervisors in performance coaching, feedback, and development planning
- Coordinate training and development initiatives, including mandatory and funder‑required training
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Oversight
- Liase with outsource vendor on all payroll matters
- Manage compensation frameworks, increments, promotions, and benefits administration
- Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with MOM and funder guidelines
- Support salary benchmarking within sector norms
HR Policies, Compliance & Governance
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation
- Support audits, reporting, and board or funder requirements

Required Skills / Education / Work Experience:
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- High level of integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence
- Organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Degree in Business, HR or related with minimum 5 years handson experience
- Preferably candidates from social service sector
