Recruitment
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for social workers, counsellors, psychologists, programme staff, and support roles including reference check
  • Support onboarding, probation management, etc.
Employee Relations & Well‑Being
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to staff and supervisors on HR matters
  • Manage employee relations issues with empathy, fairness, and professionalism
  • Drive staff engagement, wellness initiatives, and others
Performance & Learning Management
  • Oversee performance appraisal processes and capability development
  • Support supervisors in performance coaching, feedback, and development planning
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives, including mandatory and funder‑required training
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Oversight
  • Liase with outsource vendor on all payroll matters
  • Manage compensation frameworks, increments, promotions, and benefits administration
  • Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with MOM and funder guidelines
  • Support salary benchmarking within sector norms
HR Policies, Compliance & Governance
  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation
  • Support audits, reporting, and board or funder requirements
Culture & Organisational Values
  • Promote a respectful, inclusive, and values‑driven workplace culture
  • Support change management and staff communication initiatives
  • Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical HR practices
Required Skills / Education / Work Experience:
