Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Head of Operations, Clinical Services, and Strategic Partnerships to achieve revenue targets and ensure proper financial management, including cost control, inventory, and reporting.
• Coordinate clinical and administrative teams, enforce policies, and ensure accuracy of key documents and operational procedures.
• Monitor team performance, customer satisfaction, and service quality; support investigations and implement improvements with Quality Management.
• Manage equipment, supplies, maintenance, and record-keeping in collaboration with Procurement and Facilities.
• Assist in implementing and auditing clinical services, stay updated on offered services, and support staff orientation and meetings.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Head of Operations.

Requirements

• Degree with at least 8 years of experience, preferably in healthcare operations, including 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Self‑directed, resourceful, and able to work independently under tight timelines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with clinic management systems.
• Experience in working Active Aging Centre/ medical Centre/Senior care Centre
