Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to provide first-line advisory support on HR matters. Responsibilities include managing the employee lifecycle, supporting manpower planning, and collaborating with department heads on talent acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a Degree in Business and a minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the nonprofit or healthcare sectors. The role offers a salary range of $5,000 to $7,000, with office hours from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience from VWO or nonprofit organizations.
• Experience in healthcare background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner business units in managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
• Provide first-line advisory support on HR and people-related matters.
• Support manpower planning and resourcing strategies to meet departmental needs.
• Partner Heads of Departments on talent acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Review and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.
