We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to support a high-impact ERP migration from NetSuite to Workday. This role involves analyzing and mapping data, supporting integration design, and ensuring a seamless platform transition. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Workday EIB, Studio, Adaptive, and experience with NetSuite, Snowflake, and complex data environments. This is a collaborative and technical role requiring deep domain knowledge, analytical skills, and excellent communication.

• Lead data analysis and mapping activities for the ERP migration
• Evaluate data structures within NetSuite and Snowflake to inform Workday migration strategy
• Partner with stakeholders to define and document requirements
• Use tools like Workday EIB, Studio, and Adaptive Planning for integrations
• Conduct gap analyses and validate system functionality
• Support ETL activities across platforms
• Coordinate testing efforts, manage defect resolution
• Collaborate with external and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
• Provide post-migration support and documentation

• 5+ years in systems analysis or related roles
• Proven expertise in Workday (EIB, Studio, Adaptive Planning)
• Experience with NetSuite and Snowflake, including data querying and analysis
• Experience with large-scale ERP migrations
• Understanding of financial and HR processes
• Strong data migration and validation skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Familiarity with integration platforms like Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or Workday Connector
• Workday or NetSuite certifications
• Experience in regulated industries
• Background in agile project environments
