A logistics company in Singapore is hiring a Receiving / Sorting Clerk to assist with the organization of incoming goods and manage inventory checks. The role requires at least a high school diploma and proficiency in computer usage, especially Excel. Candidates should demonstrate effective communication skills in Chinese and/or English. 📍 Location: Fishery Port Road
⏰ Working Hours: 6 days/week
Day Shift: 10:00am – 7:00pm
Night Shift: 7:00pm – 4:00am
Provide friendly and enthusiastic guidance to suppliers delivering goods to the warehouse.
Check and verify the quantity and quality of incoming goods; promptly report any discrepancies.
Organize, pack, and hand over goods within the warehouse according to procedures.
Conduct inventory checks, including product name, quantity, weight, and batch number.
Handle data entry, statistics, and simple reporting tasks.
Follow management instructions and complete tasks assigned by supervisors.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the worksite.
Minimum high school education; able to communicate in Chinese and/or English.
Proficient in computer usage, especially Excel.
Experience in warehouse operations is an advantage.
Diligent, careful, and patient when dealing with complex goods and warehouse conditions.
