About The Role – Director Of Client Success
In this role, you’ll focus on leading clear, values-based conversations with individuals exploring our programs. You’ll guide prospective clients through a consultative process, helping them align with transformative solutions that match their aspirations.
This position operates entirely on a performance-based model. It’s designed for professionals who take initiative, value meaningful outcomes, and are energized by the opportunity to shape their trajectory through consistent engagement.
What You’ll Do
- Initiate and develop authentic engagements with prospective clients across digital platforms
- Guide aligned individuals through a clear, respectful decision-making process
- Manage outreach and scheduling using tools like CRM systems, video conferencing, and online calendars
- Collaborate weekly with a team of experienced professionals to exchange insights and strategies
- Track activity and results while continuously refining your approach
- Participate in ongoing learning, training, and mentorship sessions
- Execute digital outreach campaigns (training provided—no prior experience required)
What You Bring
- 5+ years in client success, relationship management, sales, or advisory roles Outstanding communication and listening skills, with a professional and compassionate approach
- Comfort operating independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with (or willingness to quickly learn) tools like Zoom, HubSpot, and online scheduling platforms
- A passion for growth—both your own and others’—and the discipline to support it consistently
- Interest in digital communications and a willingness to explore new strategies
