Responsibilities:

• Promote Company Products on TikTok:Responsible for promoting the company's application product on the US TikTok platform.
  Select quality cooperative influencers/KOLs to achieve promotional cooperation.
  
• Content Production:Assist in the content production process.
  Collaborate and liaise with influencers/KOLs, writing scripts, creating attention-grabbing content, and scheduling content publishing on TikTok platforms.
  
• Trend Analysis and Recommendations:Keep abreast of emerging trends and make appropriate recommendations for effective promotion and product placement.
  Collaborate with influencers/KOLs to develop ad creatives required for product placement.
  
• Data Analysis and Reporting:Use a data-driven mindset to measure, analyze, and report the traffic performance of TikTok ads.
  Analyze metrics cyclically to determine the output and value of TikTok content. Use data as a critical planning tool to refine strategy and tactics.
  
• Influencer/KOL Relationship Management:Attract, engage, manage, and maintain positive relationships with influencers/KOLs.
  
• Discord Community Management and Development:Manage and develop Discord community engagement.
  Implement strategic initiatives to boost weekly retention on Discord.
  Facilitate and engage in community discussions in Discord channels and group chats, resulting in increased activity levels and improved user satisfaction and retention.
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media marketing, particularly on TikTok and Discord.
• Strong understanding of influencer/KOL marketing and content production.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in analyzing data and metrics to drive strategy.
• Ability to stay updated with emerging trends in social media and community engagement.
• Experience in managing and growing online communities, specifically on Discord.
