Role Overview

The Marketing Executive supports the planning and execution of marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence and drive business growth across our logistics and supply‑chain services. Working closely with managers across departments, this role helps deliver consistent messaging, execute campaigns, and support commercial objectives across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate is organised, hands‑on, and comfortable operating in a B2B environment, with a strong interest in digital marketing, content, and data‑driven decision‑making.

Marketing Planning & Execution
  • Support department managers in executing the annual marketing plan and campaign calendar
  • Execute marketing initiatives to enhance brand positioning across services and markets
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing touchpoints
Digital & Campaign Marketing
  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across:
    • Search engines
    • Social media advertising
    • Email marketing
    • Content marketing
  • Identify target audiences and suitable digital channels to support business objectives
  • Track campaign performance, analyse results, and recommend optimisation opportunities
Event Marketing
  • Support the co‑planning and co‑execution of marketing events, including logistics webinars, customer briefings, and industry‑related sessions
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth event delivery
  • Assist with event‑related marketing materials and post‑event follow‑ups
Content & Communications
  • Write, edit, and proofread marketing materials in English, including:
    • Website content
    • Marketing collaterals
    • Email campaigns
    • Social media content
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure accuracy and clarity of messaging
Partnerships & Brand Initiatives
  • Assist in responding to partnership and collaboration enquiries in a timely manner
  • Support outreach, coordination, and execution of collaborations, sponsorships, and brand initiatives
  • Track deliverables and outcomes from partnerships and campaigns
Market Research & Reporting
  • Monitor industry trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities
  • Collect and analyse marketing and campaign data
  • Prepare basic reports and insights to support decision‑making
Inside Sales Support (Commission‑Based)
  • Handle inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns, website enquiries, and digital channels
  • Qualify leads and coordinate with department managers for follow‑ups and conversions
  • Prepare basic quotations or sales support materials in coordination with Sales and Operations
  • Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM system
Qualifications & Experience
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or related disciplines
  • 2–4 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in B2B, logistics, industrial, automotive, retail, or lifestyle sectors
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
  • Familiarity with MS Office
  • Meta Business Manager and Google Business platforms
